When purchasing from 3 Grands, it is the 18+ adult customer’s responsibility and Agreement that they are in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and Policies regarding the items in our Store. 3 Grands will not be held responsible for any ownership, use or misuse of items that are in violation of any federal, state or local policies or laws.

You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase from 3 Grands Self-Defense Supplies. Please use these products for self-defense only.

3 Grands Self-Defense Supplies will not be held liable for any claims, damages and/or injuries resulting from the use of our products.

Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States. Pepper Spray cannot be shipped to Alaska, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC. Stun Guns cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, or Wisconsin.

Processing time and Shipping

Our orders are processed in 3-7 business days. Keep in mind, this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping time is determined at checkout and depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Any orders over $100 must be signed for. I do not take responsibility for packages that are verified “Delivered” by the Shipper, but are not received.

Refund Policy

I do not offer returns or refunds, unless I have made a mistake with your order. Inspect your Order immediately. If there was a mistake made by me, you need to contact me with your Tracking number and order number and a picture of your order within 3 days of receipt listed on Tracking Delivery. I will be happy to correct the issue or refund your money back to the card used to make the purchase. Anything that has been damaged by USPS, FedEx, or UPS must be handled by them. 3 Grands is not responsible for damages to packages in transit.

You may wonder why I don’t accept returns? Good question, thanks for asking as a fellow TikToker says. Because I have no way of knowing whether a Taser has been dropped or the Pepper Spray has been all used up. It’s as simple as that.
